It all began with a conversation between
Colby Smith and Monica Stevens expressing a desire to more easily connect with our fellow Concierges. A desire to share information, polish our craft and become the best GROUP of Ambassadors ever for the Napa Valley, and Wine Country in general. We realized that Tour Guides/Transportation companies have the same goal and are charged with developing Itineraries, too, and they became a natural part of this team. So we started with "Concierge and Tour Guide Members".

The idea kept growing… There are so many wonderful experiences that our guests can be introduced to. We asked ourselves how can we expand and enhance our relationships with the wineries and other businesses to best represent them to our guests? The answer, bring them in as “Associate Members”.

And, in our Concierge role, we can now support marketing those Associate Members so that it is a win–win–win outcome:
• the Concierges doing a great job of introduction,
• the Associate Members receiving and charming guests optimally matched to them,
• and therefore the guests having extra-ordinary experiences so they come back for more, and tell all their friends what a fabulous place Wine Country is to visit!

In this way the Hospitality Community can take pride in making a serious contribution to the economy of Wine Country!

Monica has now moved on. She and her husband have 750 Wines in St. Helena. As co-founder, she is still an adviser and friend. We both are proud to have created a membership alliance for the Hospitality Community.
